  • If you encounter a breakdown, puncture, or any other issue, our roadside assistance will be there to help. If your car needs towing, we’ll take it to an authorised Vauxhall repair centre and provide options for a courtesy car or overnight accommodation. This service is linked to the vehicle, so it remains valid even if you sell it.
  • You’re covered with up to three service calls per year. We’ll either provide a quick charge on the spot or tow your car up to 50 miles to the nearest charging station.
  • When you purchase your vehicle, Advance Motors will assist with the home charger installation process. Octopus Energy will then contact you via email to schedule installation.
  • The Ohme Home Pro is a smart home charger that allows remote charging control through an easy-to-use app. It works seamlessly with the Intelligent Octopus Go tariff, helping you save money while optimising charging efficiency.
  • Once your Ohme home charger is installed, Octopus Energy will send you an email with details on how to switch to their Intelligent Octopus Go tariff. This email will include a promo code to claim your free miles.
  • You can charge at thousands of public charging points across the UK through Vauxhall-selected partners, including Octopus Electroverse and Pod Point at Tesco locations.
  • The Connect PLUS Pack provides access to features like live navigation, remote vehicle monitoring, battery tracking, and more, ensuring you always stay informed about your car’s status.
